frozen and slow platform

Hi Guys, it is again not possible to trade just now because the platform is frozen or extreme slow that is not acceptable! Please don't tell me BS about internet connection and something like this. Other platforms like TT has no such interferences.

Pleas make ypur job done and resolve it.
